REFUND POLICY -
Kindly make an opening video of the products once received from the courier partner in case of refund claim based on damaged in transit.
- Please note that refunds will be permitted if the item is unworn and undamaged. If you are not 100% happy with your Nails order for genuine reason, please inform us within 3 days and return to us in its original condition to our warehouse. Return shipping and handling fees are customer’s responsibility.
- Kindly allow Up to 45 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. in case of cash on delivery orders the refund amount will be send to the bank details provided by you on email. A test amount of AED 5 will be send first only after confirmation the balance amount will be transfer on the same account.
- We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
- we only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. If you can please include your full name and order number we will be able to refund quicker.
